How we handle your information
The short version: this is a static website, the contact form sends an email from your own email app, and we only hold what you choose to send us. The detail is below.
Who we are
NEOM Capital Services is a card payment and business funding broker based in Coventry, serving businesses across the West Midlands. This policy explains how we handle information when you use this website or contact us. You can reach us at hello@neomcapital.co.uk or at Whitley Business Park, 5 Argosy Court, Whitley, Coventry CV3 4GA.
What information we collect
This website does not use accounts, tracking forms or stored submissions. When you use the contact page, the details you enter (your name, business name, contact details, current supplier and device type) are placed into an email that you send from your own email application. We receive that information only when your email arrives, in the same way as any other email you might send us.
If you contact us by phone or email directly, we hold the information you choose to share with us, typically your contact details and information about your business and its payment setup.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to review your current payment or funding arrangements where you ask us to, and to introduce you to providers where that is the purpose of your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Who we share it with
Where you ask us to obtain quotes or funding offers, we share relevant business details with the providers involved so they can assess and respond. We only share what is needed for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting arrangement, and afterwards only as long as we have a genuine business or legal reason to do so.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.
Cookies
This website is a static site and does not set marketing or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Changes to this policy
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page.
