01 · The Business
Who they are, and how they trade.
Harringtons on the Hill is a traditional pub and restaurant in Kenilworth, serving freshly cooked food alongside a well-kept range of drinks in a warm, relaxed setting. It draws a steady mix of local regulars, families and visitors, whether they’re in for a midweek meal, a Sunday roast or a quiet drink. Like most hospitality venues its trade peaks around evenings and weekends, when fast, dependable service makes all the difference to the customer experience.
Pubs live on busy evenings and weekends, so quick payments at the bar and a connection that holds up when the place is full matter more than almost anything else.
02 · The Challenge
What was quietly going wrong.
On their previous Dojo setup, slow transaction speeds and an unreliable network were holding up service at exactly the times the venue was busiest. Queues at the bar and tables left waiting to pay create a poor impression and cost a venue real money over a busy weekend. The team also wanted dependable, round-the-clock support from someone local they could actually reach, rather than being left waiting whenever an issue cropped up mid-service.
What mattered most. Lower costs, reliable connectivity and faster transactions, backed by local support that is easy to reach around the clock.
03 · The Switch
The move to Teya.
NEOM moved them to Teya, with fast, reliable card payments that keep service flowing even on the busiest evenings, plus genuine 24/7 support backed by a local point of contact. That means problems get sorted quickly, without long waits on a helpline. The switch also reduced their card processing costs by around 30%, freeing up margin that can go back into the business rather than into payment fees.
